Honestly, how can it be that a single person manages to annoy and aggravate everyone in the vicinity just by, well, being there. Why is it, that he enjoys making trouble and complicating things for everyone so much. That ain’t normal, is it?! He always finds something to criticize and when you make a proposal how to change it, it still isn’t the way he wants it to be. He just ain’t capable to make a compromise. Can’t he accept – at least once in a while – that things don’t always work out the he wants them to? Nothing is perfect and people make errors. Why is it so difficult to accept that. Wouldn’t it better to work together and to try to find a way to solve the problems, to make the whole situation better for everyone, rather than undermine everything for his one benefit? That’s SO egoistic! You can’t even talk to him, ‘coz either he really don’t understand what you’re saying, or doesn’t want to understand and ain’t listening! I’m cross when I only see him and I really hate that, ‘coz I’m usually not the kind of person to have a grudge for such a long time, but somehow ever since he started the whole affair I’m sort of mad whenever I think of him. And really, I have a lot more important things to do – and to worry about – than be angry because of one single person. But well, but what is there to do apart from being polite, but telling him never the less what I’m thinking about the whole story?!

Last Thursday I moved into my very first own apartment. I really like the apartment, 'coz it's cozy on the one hand but on the other hand there is enough space for me, too. And the view isn't so bad either. lol
I like to live on my own, but sometimes it's really hard, too. Last weekend we brought all my stuff to the flat and when I said goodbye to my parents and my little brother I started to cry. I know that I live only an hour by car away from my family and that I'll drive home every weekend, but it's so weird and sometimes so lonely to live alone.
But to tell you the truth, at the moment I don't have so much time to feel lonely 'coz I have so much to do for Latin and there are the two seminaries, which I have to prepare as well.
At the very moment I don't have Internet at home, so I have to use the Internet at the university. That's alright, but the real problem is that my cellphone doesn't work anymore since Tuesday. I was just talking to my dad when the connection broke down and since that very moment I can't call anyone (except the emergency) nor send a massage. I really hope that I'll fiend out what the problem is.
OK, I gotta quit now.

First Week At The University!
Tomorrow will be my very first day at the university. OK, last week I've been at the university as well, but we just got lots of informations about the university, the city, etc. And we made a ralley, I've been in the disco, ...
At the very moment I'm in the university as well, in the "Theologicum". In the morning I had an appointment do create my timetable:
Monday: FREE
Tuesday: 08h15-09h45 Latin; 12h00-14h00 Liturgy
Wednesday: 08h15-09h45 Latin; 14h15-15h45 Latin Tutoring; 18h00-20h00 Orientation Seminary
Thirsday: 08h15-09h45 Latin; 10h15-11h45 Latin Tutoring, 14h00-16h00 Seminary about Martin Luther
Friday: 08h15-09h45 Latin
I'm pretty exited about starting studying, but I think it'll be very hard, too, especially Latin.
The only problem is that I haven't got an apartment yet, not until November 1st so I have to go by train every day and the train needs 2 hours :( which means spending a lot of time in the train ......
It's just tow and a half week, but I have to stay up at 04h30 to get the train at 06h00 and I really have problems to stand up in the morning, especially when it is this early ...

Another fire!
I promised to tell you when there is anything new about the fires and now there is, but nothing positiv :(
Two nights ago it has been burning right behind the fence of our neighbours backyard. I really don't get it! How does this arsonist light the fires without being seen? And why does the police have no idea who it might be nor how he does light these stupid fires? The whole damn thing is a big mistery ....
This time it wasn't as close to the houses as last time, but still close enough. None of us has anymore ideas what we could do to prevent another fire. The neighbours freak out and get kind of scared and nervous.
The whole situation is SO weird!!!!

Fire!
Believe it or not last night it has been burning near our house, again! The whole damn thing started about a year ago when somebody set trees and bushes on fire. We called the police each time but nothing ever happened. Every fire was a bit closer to the houses than the last. The last two times the fences of two of our neighbours have been burning.
Tonight it was really frightening because it was SO close. Our neighbours on the right side woke up around midnight and because they heard a sound like falling raindrops they wanted to close their window. But than they saw the flames higher than the house (so about 7-8 m) right in front of their window . They called the fire brigade and started putting out the fire. For a better understanding: We are living in a terraced house and between the front yard of our neighbours on the right hand and our front yard is a high hedge which was burning. My father woke up, too, and after waking up my mother he helped our neighbours while my mother called the police. By the time the firemen came the fire was already out. So the firemen could drive back home again. The officers wrote down everything about last night and the other fires.
By the time I woke up the fire wasn't burning any more, but you could see pretty clear where it has been burning.
Now we, the neighbourhood, are thinking about installing video cameras. But to tell you the truth I don't think that it'll help much. The whole street and all the houses are already illuminated so I don't think he is afraid, not really. And he won't be afraid if there's a camera or he'll find another way to set things on fire without being seen. But maybe I'm wrong, I don't know ...
I only know that it was pretty close, far too close. I really hope that they'll catch the asshole, but he leaves no trace behind. So it'll be hard or impossible to find out who he or she is. Only if he makes a mistake we'll have a chance.
I'll tell you if something new in this case happened.

University
OK, now two steps are already taken on my way to the university. The first on is that I registered for for a student hostel, but I won't get an apartment soon 'coz the waiting list is SO long that you have to wait for about 6 to 8 month. So I'm looking for a room in a group sharing flat. I already found one and made an appointment to visit them this Sunday at 11am in Göttingen. As soon as I know more about where I'm going to live I'll let you know.
The second step I took was to register at the university. That was on Wednesday. And now I only have to wait for an answer and than I'll be able to take the third step and send lots of informations (a curriculum vitae, my final report, my registration certification, a certification about my membership in the church and a passport photograph). The most difficult thing about all this stuff is the curriculum vitae 'coz it has to be in whole sentences and not only tabular and I have to write about my motivation as well.
When all this is done I have to make an appointment with o (future) prof of mine and another appointment with the woman from the church who is responsible for the students.
At last I'll have to by books, and some stuff form my apartment (or what ever it'll be) and all the other things I'll need when I move and start studying. So you see my "To-Do-List" is pretty long! lol

Harry Potter!
On Saturday morning I bought the new Harry Potter book and started reading immediately! I love this book. It's SO exiting!
Monday Night I finished it. There are lots of things which would have never expected, but other things I already guessed before I started reading! But I won't tell you more about the book, 'coz I don't wan anyone to be upset 'coz I wrote some thing about the book what he/she didn't want to know.
So there isn't much more to tell. But I really think it's advisable to read the book.
Oh, by the way, last week I've been watching Harry Potter And The Oder Of The Phoenix twice. I really like the film, even so there isn't everything from the book in the film. But apart from that it's really great. So, if you haven't seen it yet you should really do it!
